Members of the Harvard Divinity School community use these distinct IDs and associated passwords to access websites, documents, and applications securely.
Harvard students, staff, and faculty members use the HarvardKey to log in to the HDS intranet (my.hds.harvard.edu), course websites, and most University-wide systems.

Harvard-Google Gmail accounts
HDS student email is provided by Google through a licensing arrangement with Harvard University. Incoming students will receive their email accounts and login information from the HDS registrar.
If you need to reset your password, contact the Help Desk by phone at 617.496.9111 during normal Help Desk business hours, Monday – Friday, 7:30 am – 6 pm. You will need to verify your identity with the Help Desk technician by answering a series of questions.
HDS faculty, staff, and student workers use an HDS username and password to log in to their computers and check email. When you begin your work on campus, a member of HDS's Support Services Team will configure your computer, provide your HDS username, and allow you to set your password.
