There is a reserved and accessible seating section available for guests with disabilities in Harvard Yard on Commencement Day. In order to obtain tickets and make reservations for accessible seating, students should exchange their general seating tickets at University Disability Services, Smith Center (formerly Holyoke Center) Room 935, from 9am to 5pm, Monday through Friday. For other questions or requests regarding available services related to Morning Exercises in the Yard, graduating students should contact University Disability Services by email at firstname.lastname@example.org. Seating in the accessible section is by confirmed reservation and ticket only. Because seating is limited, it is recommended that you contact University Disability Services as soon as you know that any guests will need these services.
For arrangements or needs for access to Commencement activities coordinated by Harvard Divinity School, such as the Multireligious Service of Thanksgiving for the Class of 2014, the Diploma Awarding Ceremony, or the Commencement Luncheon, graduating students should email Tim Whelsky, assistant dean for student affairs, or call Tim at 617.496.3091.
