To request support for an HDS-owned computer or printer, or for best-effort support for personal devices used for teaching and learning:

Audiovisual Equipment and Services

To reserve audiovisual equipment and services for on-campus classes and events, or to obtain consulting and support for online classes and events, email the HDS media services team at Alternatively, fill out the “Services” section of your room reservation in HDS’s online room reservation system, RoomBook (RoomBook account required).

Academic Technology Support

HDS Academic Technology Consultants—graduate students with competencies in Canvas, media and A/V services, classroom technologies, and commonly used software programs—are available for drop-in sessions via Zoom.
