Video: Professor Olupona Accepts Award for the Public Understanding of Religion

Jacob Olupona, HDS Professor of African Religious Traditions, was awarded the 2018 Martin E. Marty Award for the Public Understanding of Religion. The award recipient is selected by the American Academy of Religion’s Committee on the Public Understanding of Religion.

He was honored with the award during the American Academy of Religion Annual Meeting on November 18, 2018, in Denver, Colorado.
