Gail Forsyth-Vail retired in December 2019 as Interim Director of the Lifespan Faith Engagement staff group at the Unitarian Universalist Association. She is a Unitarian Universalist Credentialed Religious Educator, Master Level, who served congregations in Massachusetts for twenty-two years before joining the UUA Tapestry of Faith curriculum team in 2008, with primary responsibility for adult faith development curricula and discussion guides. She was the 2007 recipient of the Angus MacLean Award for Excellence in Religious Education, given by the Unitarian Universalist Association and the St. Lawrence Theological School Alumni. She is the author or co-author of many faith development curricula and resources, both in print and online. Publications include Stories in Faith; Missionaries, Builders, and Pathfinders; and Harvest the Power: Developing Lay Leadership. She is an active member of the North Parish of North Andover, Massachusetts and the Liberal Religious Educators Association.
