Profile

Steph (he/him) served as Assistant Dean for Student Affairs at HDS from 2016 to 2022, when he became Assistant Dean for Diversity, Inclusion, and Belonging (DIB). Steph also serves as one of HDS’s Title IX resource coordinators for students.

As Assistant Dean for DIB, Steph partners with Melissa Bartholomew, HDS's Associate Dean of Diversity, Inclusion, and Belonging, to advance diversity, inclusion, equity, and belonging and to further HDS’s vision of building a restorative, anti-racist, and anti-oppressive Harvard Divinity School.
