The extensive Gmail Help Center provides information on student email account features, including synching with email clients and mobile devices.

To reset the password on a student email account, contact the Help Desk at 617.496.9111. Password reset requests can only be performed via phone during normal Help Desk business hours, Monday – Friday, 7:30 am – 6 pm. Students requesting password resets will need to verify their identity with the Help Desk technician by answering a series of questions.

Faculty and staff
