For in-person support, make an appointment at the Harvard University IT Walk-In Support Center in the basement of the Science Center, a few blocks away from the HDS campus at the corner of Oxford and Kirkland Streets. The WiSC is open Monday through Friday.
Equipment and Service Reservations
To reserve audiovisual equipment and services for on-campus classes and events, or to obtain consulting and support for online classes and events, email the HDS media services team at firstname.lastname@example.org. Alternatively, fill out the "Services" section of your room reservation in HDS's online room reservation syste, RoomBook (RoomBook account required).
