To reset the password on an Office 365 email account, visit Reset Your HarvardKey Password.
To reset the password on a Harvard-Google email account, contact the Harvard University Information Technology Service Desk at 617.495.7777. Password reset requests can only be performed via phone during Service Desk hours. Students requesting password resets will need to verify their identity with the Service Desk technician by answering a series of questions.
