Microsoft Office 365 at Harvard

Harvard Divinity School faculty, students, and staff use Harvard’s central Microsoft Office 365 environment for our primary collaboration tools. Microsoft Office 365 provides email, calendaring, and file storage services as well as SharePoint and Teams for file sharing and collaboration. The HDS Office of IT and Media Services administers all HDS departmental SharePoint sites and is available to consult with all members of the HDS community to ensure that the necessary security and data privacy practices are implemented. Office ProPlus for personal use

All members of the HDS community, including students, are eligible to download Office ProPlus up to five times for personal use while at the University. Office ProPlus includes the latest full versions of Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, OneNote, and Access (PCs only). For the download link, frequently asked questions, and installation instructions, please visit Harvard University IT's Office ProPlus Overview. The software will expire 230 days after graduation.
