Students may access their Harvard email accounts at http://start.mail.harvard.edu.
The extensive Gmail Help Center provides information on student email account features, including synching with email clients and mobile devices.
To reset the password on a student email account, contact the Help Desk at 617.495.7777. Password reset requests can only be performed via phone during normal Help Desk business hours, Monday – Friday, 7:30 am – 6 pm. Students requesting password resets will need to verify their identity with the Help Desk technician by answering a series of questions.
Faculty and staff
Faculty and staff using Office 365 (e.g. most faculty and staff) should go to www.outlook.com/harvard.edu to access email via the webmail client. Those who are still using ICEmail may log in to https://icemail.harvard.edu.
