Am I eligible to participate in DivEx if I am currently pursuing or already have a graduate-level degree?

The Diversity and Explorations Program is intended to provide participants with exposure to graduate-level education. As a result, if you are currently pursuing, or have already obtained a graduate-level degree, you would be ineligible for this program.

I am a nontraditional student who recently completed my bachelor's degree. Is DivEx still for me?

HDS welcomes any candidates who are in college or recently graduated with a bachelor's degree. Provided you obtained your undergraduate degree within the previous five years, you would absolutely be eligible for DivEx and we encourage you to apply! There is no maximum age limit to apply and participate in DivEx.

Can I apply as an international student?

International students who will be traveling within the contiguous United States are eligible to apply.

What do you mean by "recent college graduate"?

Although we prioritize applicants who are either current undergraduates or are within the five-year graduation timeframe, candidates who are not in these categories may still be selected to the program.
