Elena Guzman, an Afro-Boricua filmmaker, educator, and scholar, is an Assistant Professor in the African American and African Diaspora Studies Department and Anthropology at Indiana University Bloomington. Her current research project is "Chimera Geographies: Black Spiritual Borderland Performances of the Caribbean."
